Energy Healing

​

All matter is made of energy, including our bodies… and the more harmoniously energy flows throughout the body, the greater ease and wellbeing one experiences.

 

This hands-on healing, done in conjunction with your breath and internal awareness of the body, helps identify and bring to surface stresses (or pent-up energy) of different kinds (including internalized mental and/or emotional stresses) which, if not addressed, may compartmentalize and create energy blockages, possibly causing physical dis-ease and psychosomatic symptoms and disorders, tainting your outlook on life and getting in the way of living to the fullest.

 

This treatment can be done for stress relief & relaxation, or with specified goal(s) in mind - in which case, sharing them with me may be required in order for them to be best targeted.

The overall manner of this work is to provide energy support necessary and empower the client’s own energy system to gently unwind, work through and release, from the inside out, obstructions and blockages of all kinds, and

 

While this is happening, you either may be led to let go and even fall asleep, or be awake & present. If you pay close attention to your physical body, you may become aware of If you pay close attention to your mind, you may notice memories, feelings and emotions passing by like clouds in the sky, along with impressions and insights. You may want to be silent or verbally share your experience. If you are open to it, I may offer you my perspective on what is taking place as the work unfolds... It is all at your discretion, comfort level and pace!

 

This process may help you feel lighter, freer, more whole, grounded, centered, connected, aligned, balanced and integrated; it may give you greater clarity and offer you a fresh perspective on life, which may help you make better choices for your overall health and wellbeing and open you up to new possibilities.

 

  • As part of a health-maintenance routine or healing plan of action, this type of work can be done by itself or in addition to any other forms of massage and bodywork, to which it will give a more holistically healing and lasting impact.
